How to Write a Resume with No Experience

A fresher is not expected to have work experience. Your resume needs to show what you can do and that you take work seriously.
Keep it to one page. Put your name, phone number, email and GitHub or portfolio link at the top. Add a two-line summary saying which role you want.
Projects are your strongest section. For each one, say what it does, what you built and what you used. Numbers help when they are true.
List only skills you can answer questions on. If you write Java, expect Java questions. Include internships, workshops and any responsibility you held in college.
Avoid long objectives, photos and fancy templates that software cannot read. Check the spelling twice, then ask someone else to read it too.
