Delete your account

This applies to your account on the Training Trains internship portal (trainingtrains.com/internship) and the Training Trains Internship Android app, run by Training Trains Software Technologies. Both use the same account.

How to ask

1. Email digital@trainingtrains.com from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Training Trains account”. You can also message us on WhatsApp or call +91 96985 48633.
2. We confirm the request is from you, by replying to that email address.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Download any offer letters and certificates you want to keep from your dashboard before asking.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account and profile.
• Your applications and the files you uploaded (ID card, permission letter, screenshots).
• Task, practice, quiz, course and project submissions, support messages and feedback.
• Your public leaderboard profile and any review you wrote.
• Notification device tokens.

What we keep, and why

• Issued certificate and offer letter records (number, holder name, programme, college and dates), so employers and colleges can still verify documents you hold. Ask us if you want a document withdrawn instead; it will then show as not valid.
• Payment and receipt records, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (usually 8 years).
• Security logs of staff actions, for up to 1 year.
