Training Trains is part of the Training Trains Group. We provide software products, live demos, internships, workshops, inplant training, courses and certificates.

By using this website or our services you agree to these terms. If you are using them for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• Use the website lawfully and do not try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to it or to other users' data.
• Give accurate information in forms, applications and orders, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes only where stated. A quote, proposal or order confirmation sets out what you are buying. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card, UPI or bank details. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The website's content, design, software, names and logos belong to Training Trains or the Training Trains Group, or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use; any other copying needs our written permission. Ownership of software we build for a client is set out in that client's proposal or contract.

Some services depend on third parties such as Google, Amazon Web Services, domain registries, payment providers and app stores. Their own terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

We work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, data or business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend access or services that break these terms or the law, or that put our systems or other users at risk. Where it is safe to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use trainingtrains.com after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you; otherwise the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
