Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking Internship
You'll learn to think like both attacker and defender - how common vulnerabilities actually get exploited, and the practical steps that close them, in a lab environment built for hands-on testing rather than lecture slides.
What you'll work on
- Network security fundamentals and common attack vectors
- Vulnerability scanning and basic penetration-testing methodology
- Web application security basics (OWASP-style common flaws)
- Linux command-line fundamentals for security tooling
- A guided vulnerability assessment task against a lab target, with a written findings report
Real software work, not just training
Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking are real service lines we offer clients - this internship trains the same assessment mindset our consulting work relies on, in a legal, controlled lab setting.
Frequently asked questions
Is this legal / ethical hacking training, not actual hacking?+
Yes - every exercise runs against lab environments set up for that purpose. The domain teaches the same techniques attackers use so you understand how to defend against them, never against live third-party systems.
Do I need networking knowledge before starting?+
Basic familiarity with how networks and the internet work helps, but isn't required - networking fundamentals are covered early in the domain tasks.
Available both online (work from home) and offline at our Erode and Perundurai branches - see the full internship program details for departments, duration, and the application process.
