Abstract

Cyber Neo is an open-source Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking project. Open-source cybersecurity analysis agent for Claude Code. Scans projects for vulnerabilities across all OWASP 2025 Top 10 and CWE Top 25 categories. 11 security domains, 60+ secret patterns, parallel subagent analysis, professional report generation. Built by tododeia.com. Cyber Neo was built with a mission: our community at tododeia.com is building apps, tools, and products. We want to help every developer in the community protect what they're building. It is built using Python. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking mini project or final-year project.

1. Introduction

Cyber Neo was built with a mission: our community at tododeia.com is building apps, tools, and products. We want to help every developer in the community protect what they're building. This agent is our contribution — open source, free, and designed to be the most thorough security scanner available as a Claude Code skill.

2. Objective

Open-source cybersecurity analysis agent for Claude Code. Scans projects for vulnerabilities across all OWASP 2025 Top 10 and CWE Top 25 categories. 11 security domains, 60+ secret patterns, parallel subagent analysis, professional report generation. Built by tododeia.com

This project demonstrates how Python can be applied to a real-world Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking problem.

  2. What detection or protection technique is used and what are its limits?
  3. How are false positives and false negatives handled?
  4. Which cryptographic algorithms or security standards are involved?
  5. What legal and ethical rules apply when testing a tool like this?
