Report, track and manage bugs effectively.

A good bug report: title, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, environment, screenshots/logs.
Severity: impact on the system; priority: urgency to fix.
Bug life cycle: New → Assigned → Open → Fixed → Retest → Closed (or Reopened).
