Student Code of Conduct

Every internship, workshop, course and quiz at Training Trains follows these rules. Companies trust our certificates because they are earned honestly.

The rules

  1. Honest exams and quizzes. Take every quiz, exam and assessment yourself, without help from other people, AI tools, search or shared answers. Do not leave the exam window, copy questions out, or use a second device.
  2. Your own work. Tasks, projects, code and reports you submit must be your own. Copying from classmates, the internet or AI tools and submitting it as yours is plagiarism.
  3. True details and documents. Your name, college, ID card, payment proofs and screenshots must be genuine. Fake, edited or borrowed documents are fraud.
  4. One account, one person. Do not share your account, sign in for someone else, let anyone else take your quizzes or do your tasks, or create fake applications to earn referral rewards.
  5. Use certificates honestly. Never edit, forge or misrepresent a Training Trains offer letter or certificate. Every document can be checked by number on the Verify page.
  6. Respect people. No abuse, harassment, threats or spam towards mentors, staff or other students, in the portal, support tickets or any group.

If the rules are broken

Breaking these rules can lead to termination: your account is blocked, you cannot apply again, and every offer letter and certificate issued to you is revoked. A company that checks a revoked number on the Verify page sees "REVOKED: policy violation".

Quizzes and exams record leaving the window, and staff review flagged attempts, copied submissions and uploaded documents. Staff decide on termination; it is never automatic.

If you believe a termination is a mistake, write to us within 30 days with your name, email and any evidence.
