Services and networking
Expose pods with Services and Ingress.
📖 Key ideas
- Pods get IPs that change; Services give a stable address.
- ClusterIP: internal only (default).
- NodePort and LoadBalancer expose services externally.
- Ingress routes HTTP(S) by host/path to services.
- Cluster DNS lets pods reach services by name.
💡 Real-life example: A Service is a reception desk number that stays the same even when staff (pods) change.
