📖 Key ideas

  1. Microcontrollers run small programs: Arduino (ATmega), ESP8266, ESP32.
  2. ESP32 has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
  3. Raspberry Pi is a full Linux computer for heavier tasks.
  4. GPIO pins read sensors and drive actuators.
  5. Program with Arduino IDE, PlatformIO or MicroPython.
💡 Real-life example: A microcontroller is a tiny brain; a Raspberry Pi is a small full computer.
