📖 Key ideas

  1. Hosting serves static files over a global CDN with free SSL.
  2. firebase.json sets public folder, rewrites, redirects and headers.
  3. Deploy: firebase deploy --only hosting.
  4. Preview channels give temporary URLs: hosting:channel:deploy.
  5. Connect custom domains in the console.
