Input type	Why use it
`email`	Checks the format and shows the @ keyboard on phones
`tel`	Shows the number pad on phones
`date`	Gives a date picker
`number`	Accepts numbers, with min and max
`password`	Hides what is typed

Browser checks such as required help the user, but anyone can bypass them. Always validate again on the server.
