Abstract
Node Chat is an open-source Full Stack Web Development project. :speech_balloon: Chat application built with NodeJS and Material Design. This is a node.js chat application powered by SockJS and Express that provides the main functions you'd expect from a chat, such as emojis, private messages, an admin system, etc. It is built using JavaScript, Node.js. Key capabilities include: Material Design; Emoji support; User @mentioning. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Full Stack Web Development mini project or final-year project.
