Abstract

MERN Social is an open-source Full Stack Web Development project. A MERN stack based social media application [Full-Stack React Projects]. A simple social media application with users, posts, likes and comments - developed using React, Node, Express and MongoDB. It is built using JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Full Stack Web Development mini project or final-year project.

6. Installation & Setup

cd mern-social

  3. Open command line in the cloned folder,
  4. To install dependencies, run npm install or yarn
  5. To run the application for development, run npm run development or yarn development
  6. Open localhost:3000 in the browser
