Abstract

Inventory Management System is an open-source Full Stack Web Development project. Insanely lightweight Inventory tracker. The _index page_ or _summary_ covers the summary of the system containing lists of products and location along with a count of unallocated products. On the _products page_, we can add/edit/remove products from the system. It is built using Jinja, Flask. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Full Stack Web Development mini project or final-year project.

1. Introduction

The _index page_ or _summary_ covers the summary of the system containing lists of products and location along with a count of unallocated products. On the _products page_, we can add/edit/remove products from the system. The _location page_ covers similar functionality in the context of locations or warehouses. On the _logistics page_, movement of products can be performed. It also maintains the history of all transactions in a tabular form.

2. Objective

Insanely lightweight Inventory tracker

This project demonstrates how Jinja, Flask can be applied to a real-world Full Stack Web Development problem.
