Abstract
Hospital Management System is an open-source Full Stack Web Development project. A Django-based Hospital Management System that manages core hospital operations such as patients, appointments, billing, pharmacy, users, and website pages. A modular Django 4.2 Hospital Management System for a multi-specialty hospital. It manages patients, appointments, admissions & beds, an in-house pharmacy (drug requests + retail sales), hospital inventory, staff with role-based access, and a public website with a blog and inquiry system. It is built using HTML, Django. Key capabilities include: Role-based access for 5 roles - Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Receptionist,; Patients & medical records - registration, structured prescriptions,; Appointments - booking, doctor availability, leave requests & approval. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Full Stack Web Development mini project or final-year project.
