Abstract
Chamilo Lms is an open-source Full Stack Web Development project. Chamilo is a learning management system focused on ease of use and accessibility. Chamilo is an e-learning platform (also called "LMS" for Learning Management System) published under the GNU/GPLv3+ license. It has been used by more than 40M people worldwide since its start in 2010. It is built using PHP. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the GNU General Public License v3.0, making it a useful reference for students building a Full Stack Web Development mini project or final-year project.
1. Introduction

2. Objective
Chamilo is a learning management system focused on ease of use and accessibility
This project demonstrates how PHP can be applied to a real-world Full Stack Web Development problem.
4. Technology Stack
- A web server with a virtualhost in a domain or subdomain (not in a subfolder inside a domain with another application).
- A working PHP configuration with PHP 8.3, 8.4 or 8.5
- MariaDB 10 or higer (alternatively, MySQL 5.7 or higher can also be used)
