Abstract

Bisonapp is an open-source Full Stack Web Development project. A Full Stack Jamstack in-a-box brought to you by Echobind. Echobind is a full-service digital agency that creates web and mobile apps for clients across a variety of industries. It is built using TypeScript, GraphQL, React, Next.js. Key capabilities include: Customizable Hygen Templates to generate new files; Fully wired up login/signup pages with client and server-side validation; Eslint pre-configured with Echobind best practices. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Full Stack Web Development mini project or final-year project.

1. Introduction

Echobind is a full-service digital agency that creates web and mobile apps for clients across a variety of industries.

We're experts in React, React Native, Node, GraphQL, and Rails.

Bison is a starter repository created out of real-world apps at Echobind. It represents our team's "Greenfield Web Stack" that we use when creating web apps for clients.

2. Objective

A Full Stack Jamstack in-a-box brought to you by Echobind

This project demonstrates how TypeScript, GraphQL, React can be applied to a real-world Full Stack Web Development problem.

3. Key Features / Modules

  • Customizable Hygen Templates to generate new files
  • Fully wired up login/signup pages with client and server-side validation.
  • Eslint pre-configured with Echobind best practices
  • Import path alias to the root project folder (@/) to avoid the need for long relative import paths.
  • Set up for components from ui.shadcn.com

4. Technology Stack
