Abstract
Nobspw is an open-source Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking project. No Bullshit Password strength checker. Instead, it validates your user's password against a few important criteria. This ensures strong passwords without the hassle generally associated with complex (and useless) password rules. It is built using Ruby. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the MIT License, making it a useful reference for students building a Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking mini project or final-year project.
1. Introduction
Instead, it validates your user's password against a few important criteria. This ensures strong passwords without the hassle generally associated with complex (and useless) password rules.
This software was inspired by Password Rules are Bullshit by Jeff Atwood.
2. Objective
No Bullshit Password strength checker
This project demonstrates how Ruby can be applied to a real-world Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking problem.
