Abstract
TF Via PR is an open-source Blockchain & Cloud Computing project. Plan and apply Terraform/OpenTofu via PR automation, using best practices for secure and scalable IaC workflows. [](LICENSE "Apache License 2.0.") [](https://github.com/op5dev/tf-via-pr/releases "View all releases."). It is built using TypeScript, AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions. The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0, making it a useful reference for students building a Blockchain & Cloud Computing mini project or final-year project.
1. Introduction
[](LICENSE "Apache License 2.0.") [](https://github.com/op5dev/tf-via-pr/releases "View all releases.")
Plan and apply changes with CLI arguments and encrypted plan file to avoid configuration drift. Outline diff within up-to-date PR comment and matrix-friendly workflow summary, complete with log. DevOps and Platform engineers wanting to empower their teams to self-service scalably. Maintainers looking to secure their pipeline without the overhead of containers or VMs.
2. Objective
Plan and apply Terraform/OpenTofu via PR automation, using best practices for secure and scalable IaC workflows.
This project demonstrates how TypeScript, AWS, Terraform can be applied to a real-world Blockchain & Cloud Computing problem.

7. Future Enhancements
Suggested extensions you can add to make this your own project.
- Add a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions
- Deploy to a public test network or cloud free tier
- Add monitoring and cost alerts
8. Viva / Review Questions
Common questions examiners ask for projects in this domain.
- Why does this problem need a blockchain or cloud-native design?
- Explain the smart contract / infrastructure components and how they interact.
- How are gas costs or cloud costs kept under control?
- How is the system secured (keys, IAM, access control)?
- How would the solution scale to many more users?
